We’ve published the complete list of recycling and refuse collections for Barlestone for 2012 right here. Collections start at 7:00am. Make sure you put the right bin out on the right day with our helpful guide.
The A447 between Barlestone and Market Bosworth will be closed from Monday September 12th 2011 for 6 weeks until Monday October 24th.
The closure is due to bridge repair works which are taking place beside the junction between the A447 and Goatham Lane, which leads into Osbaston Village.
On february 25th the BOCA will be hosting a pub quiz open to all. Taking place at the Elohim Church Hub, doors open at 7pm with the quiz starting at 7.30pm.
Residents of Barlestone were left last week in what seemed to be various states of confusion regarding the new recycling system put in place by Leicester City Council for 2011.
This week saw the B582 between Barlestone and Newbold Verdon re-surfaced as part of ongoing road maintenance by Leicestershire County Council.
