BOCA aims to provide a vehicle to enhance the social, cultural and educational needs of Barlestone and Osbaston and also raises funds for the benefit of the community.

Recently BOCA presented a cheque for £125 to each of the ‘uniformed’ village groups (Brownies, Cub Scouts etc), donating a total of £750. In 2009 BOCA also presented a cheque for £750 to the Community First Responders as the chosen beneficiary for 2008/09.

Proceeds from the Street Parade will be used to boost the funds for the chosen beneficiary for 2010/11.
